Rostra Vernatherm's three port thermostatic control valves ensures the proper operating temperature of any mechanical system, thanks to exclusive aerospace technology used for accurate temperature control. These valves are powered by a thermal actuator which are designed specifically for each customer's specific function needs. These valves can control / divert fluid in any temperature range from 30F to 300F

Typically these valves are installed in a system where temperature of a fluid must be regulated. Typically these valves are installed inline with a heat exchanger and they divert fluid to be cooled when needed, when cooling isn't needed the valve simply diverts fluid. The valve senses the fluid temperature 100% of the time while the system is on, or off; this valve needs no power source, and functions on a thermal expansion basis.

Designed for easy installation and no maintenance, the three port valve is constructed of lightweight CNC machined aluminum and standard Viton rubber seals. It is available in 1/4" and 1/2" port sizes, with connections of various ports such as male or female NPT, AN or SAE. Other materials are available for the valve body upon special requests.
